Unhappy One hour and then restart?

Um... Hello I have had my Vista pc for about 3-2 months and it has acted very well. I got a refurb from a local tigerdirect warehouse store thingy. I'm running a Intel 2.4 Quad Core with 2 gigs of ram. This problem started today, I was watching my Lost DVD and suddenly the fans kicked in for about 5 seconds and then the computer rebooted it's self. About an hour later the same thing happened so I took out my ipod and started the stopwatch. Three times I got 1 hour(give or take 5 minutes) before it restarted. So I want to know whats wrong and how I could fix it...

ok lets see if it if it has some thing to do with the windows install try turning the PC on and entering the bios let it sit there for the amount of that it would take to reboot if it reboots we will look into your hardware if no reboot we will look at widows problems. Also are your PC temps ok? it would normaly display a message on reboot if it was a overheating problem with most new boards

I thought about the overheating too (I even put a small fan in front of the intake), but if it were a problem with that it would happen faster howerver it is at a constant pace. I tryed using system restore so its not somthing in the windows files,So it has to be a virus becuase it is almost like a timer, I can tell that I have 34 minutes left because the stop wach is at 26 minutes. I still can find a virus with my scans...
