Ok here is a great site to find all of the tak's that are going on in your pc and you may find it usefull to check here to see if maybe you have a virus on your pc or it is a true process.

yes it is and im trying to think of a better wya to do it. Wish the board accepted HTML.. Would be so much simpler at least for this tutorial!! Its more in depth than bv site though.

Maybe you can make a post with links to HTML pages , like an index post.
