Dell replaced my server (poweredge 840) with a poweredge T100 that I just received. I don't know anything about these things but I believe the one I got is inferior to the one I had. Can someone tell me if I got hosed?

Yes, I am an extreme novice at servers. No, you didn't belittle me! I am always willing to take as much help as I can get! I will try to soak up any and all information that anyone is willing to give me on this. Which could also be bad since I don't have any way to filter out the bad information. Which is why I posted the specs! I figured someone out there could tell me whether or not I got an inferior machine.

My server crashed and Dell sent me a new one. I had a guy come in to setup the one. However, now there are problems everywhere.
1. Client computers can not open Office professional files from Windows explorer.
2. Client computers can not remove programs from Add/Remove programs.
3. Performance is very slow.
4. Randomly says the network is not available and client computers have to reboot.

I am a complete idiot when it comes to this stuff but I just think things should work the way they did before.

Any suggestions?
