A brief walkthrough, After installing new memmory i can not enter any screen, safemode,BOIS, nothing all i get is this screen with a code and symbols on left side i have tried new memory tried a new hardrive,tried everything .. Any advice?

What happens when you put the old memory stick and hard drive back in, did that correct the problem?
Another thing as well, was it the correct memory stick you replaced?

Nope after i replaced the memmory i get the same issue over and over I am stuck at this screen! Yes it is correct memmory. I have no way to get back to a boot menue, it wont read the CD drive i got no options. Im thinking i might iof blown the MB while trying to install the memmory? But I get no Beeping sound and im getting that intel screen so im kind of pizzled.

Have you tried pulling the battery on the motherboard out, waiting a few mins, turning it on for a few seconds, turning it off, replacing the battery, and then turning it on again?
