At the weekend, my husband switched the computer on (everything had been fine the night before) and the following message box came up:-
System Shutdown....NT Authority\System....DCOM Server Process Service Terminated. Windows must restart..
and then it starts counting down from 60 seconds and reboots, which it just keeps doing on a loop. I don't have any technical knowledge really so I wondered if anyone could help me.
I did notice that there is a message at the bottom of the screen to say a LAN cable is unplugged, but I can't see one and would this make a difference anyway?
I'd really appreciate someone helping us to use our computer.

well lan does not effect your pc.
it sounds like there is a problem with windows it self not sure how it was caused not sure if it is windows.
