Default GPO Problem w/server 03

I am using Win Server 03 R2 SP3. I have several gpos applied to my forest, but there is one thing that doesn't seem to work. I have tried to block certain websites based on user configuration. Youtube, Myspace, facebook, ebay,..etc and When I set up a gpo to block this through the content advisor it doesn't work. Domain>User Config>Windows settings>Internet explore main>security>Content! I have imported them from the server, and to no avail! Someone please help!! I don't know what else to do. I don't want to do it at the firewall level because then NO ONE can hit those sites. I would like to do it based on user credentials, and the OUs they belong to.

Thanks!

Hi and welcome to PC Help Forum

Are you following this method exactly? Chrisse.se - How to restrict internet access Domain wide or for a single Site or OU with Group Policies

Yes! This is the only way I know of to restrict certain sites based on user configure. I am doing it the same way. It's weird it's like the gpo doesn't refresh, nothing happens. Except on the server. It works on the server end.
