can someone help me i have delited the hard drive and now i cant enter setup so i can install operating system again. i cant enter bios it try to conect with cd-rom and fails. its a lap top fujitsu siemens. hope annyone can help me im desperat.

extra info: the lap top dosnt start normaly as other pc it starts to find cd-rom with no suksess so i cant run opperating cd
