Default Can't find procedure GetRawInputDeviceList in DLL-file USER32.dll

I had a problem a little lower down in the forum that wouldn't let me in to Windows.
I fixed that by copying over all current drivers by originaly installed drivers.

Now the computer works but at about 25-50% off topspeed.
Winampplayback (mp3 sound) is lagging...on a 2.4 GHz

I think some of the problems are sound-driver related, can't figure out what though. And then I got this error when trying to play two old games, one started after displaying this 10 times, the other exited.

Can't find procedure GetRawInputDeviceList in DLL-file USER32.dll

Any takes on what this is and how to fix it?

/ ETM

Hya ETM.

So you have replaced all drivers with older versions now? I would try to update all drivers , that should probebly fix the problem.

Yeah but what drivers?
And how?

I have tried to update the sounddrivers from the "DeviceManager" or whatever it's called in English.

But no change there.

I don't think it's about that, not sure though, but since it's most likely atleast one problem with USER32.dll...and does it's parameres get fixed by updating the drivers?

Special sidenote:
The sound test button in Specs.exe does nada...the tone works though (does beep!)
Should I get a sound there?
