hello to all,


this is my first post
i was exploring registry found entries for some softwares that i had all ready unistalled so i deleted them. after that run some registry cleaning program
it also removed a lot of entries. then i tried to open drives in my computer but there were no drives showing over there. may be i deleted some entries for drives and folders from registry.

so i restarted the pc ,now window loads but the explorer.exe do not runs in task manager, i am only able to see the blue backgrond and the cursor moving . nothing else happens.


pls help how can i correct it.

can this hard drive data be recoverd if attached to other working pc using some data recovery software.


i am a novince user pls help.

Did you make a backup of youre registry before deleting things?
If not , then i think the best option is to do a repair install of windows , it would be very difficult to try and figure out what was removed and what went wrong.
