Default [Fixed] Arrrggghh...shut down problems !!

I have an old Windows 98 pc that usually sits in the corner. recently my g/f said that she wants to use it for some study work...so i blew the dust etc off of it and cranked it up.

All seems fine - the only problem is it doesn't shut down properly every time....it just kida hangs.

Anyone have a solution ?
