Angry Help Installing Windows 95 w/ USB

Hello,
I have a Windows 95 w/ USB Support CD (1997?), I am trying to Install Windows onto A Virtual HDD in VMware. Yes, I know there have been problems with The Installation. I have put a Partition on the disk, then I type R:\Setup (R:\ is the CD-ROM), and it tells me to Press Enter (Presses Enter) Then Its says that it needs like 7340032 Bytes (73 KB?) on the Disk. But the really wierd thing is, There is 8GB of Space Availiable on that One Virtual HDD.

NOTE: I had also tried the install on REAL HDD, it did the samething, the disk size for that was 1.5GB.

Please help me!!!

Heya SegaDude!

I'm sure that there are many here who can help.

A thought....

There is a question as to how much physical memory that you have allocated for this. A minimum is 512M.

This CD that you have... will the programs on it recognise/display/run on another computer? You may have one of the 'specific' CD's that is only for a particular machine.

Edit=> Again... which machine?

It put the CD in a Compaq Presario (OS is Windows XP), and it reconized the CD.

When you said "Which Machine", Do you mean Virtual Machine? If so, it is VMware Workstation.
