Windows 95, 98 & ME - port44 posted in the Operating Systems forums; Hello..I just ran scandisk (standard) in SAFE MODE and then ran Superantispyware 4.0 also in safe mode..when I rebooted I went to Outlook Express to check email..I received this message ...

Hello..I just ran scandisk (standard) in SAFE MODE and then ran Superantispyware 4.0 also in safe mode..when I rebooted I went to Outlook Express to check email..I received this message Outlook Express could not be loaded MSOE.dll......what happened and how can I get my OE to work again..I am not very computer literate so be aware when you offer any solutions...Thanks
