ok,I have a Gate Way 2000 Computer, not a Laptop. And I have a Compaq Armada 3500, Laptop. is there any way I can use the Compaq's screen for the Gate Way 2000

You mean browse the desktop PC (Gateway) on the laptop LCD (Compaq) right?
If so then not really, you could network them together but that would just let you browse the files of the gateway, not really use it actively.

CRT monitors are dirt cheap if you need one for that computer, check Craigslist for listings in your area: craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums


BTW, I recommend either downgrading ME to 98 or Upgrading to 2000 or XP because it is a severely unstable operating system. When I ran it on my laptop it dumped it's drivers on me leaving me without internet, the ability to use my CDROM drive or speakers, and forcing me to use a screen res of 640x480 at 256 colors...which is almost unbearable to look at
