I need to reinstall original windows ME files. I have found the Base 2.CAB files and am not sure how to download them to floppy. I need to clean hard drive too, and am unsure how. Please help. Thank you.

Not sure where your going there with those CAB files. If you want to re-install Windows, the installation files will not fit on floppy disks (consider that a CD can hold at least 400 times more information than a floppy disk can). Your going to need the original Windows Recovery or Windows Setup cd's that came with that PC.
