Default "New" Fdisk

I went to Bootdisk.Com ages ago and got a new version of fdisk that got around the 64 gig fat 32 issue. It was the very last link at the bottom of the page.

Now I have been enjoying a nice bottle of wine tonight so the answer may be obvious, but, the link now goes to a Microsoft support page.

How do I get the actual "new" fdisk?

Many thnaks.
