I've got a desktop PC at work which has whats called an "Install Block" running.
Every time I try and install new programs, a pop up window asks for a password which stops the program from installing.
It also stops you viewing any files with the words Install or setup in them.
I've tried accessing the msconfig to stop the program running in startup but it won't let me in there either!

I've found a load of password recovery programs available but don't know which one to use or do you know of any other way i might be able to try?

Take it no one has any idea's then!
