Angry [Moved] New Member (Reinstalling 95)
Brand new and need help. Trying to reinstall Win95 on PC that is in safe mode. Dwnlded bootdisk; but Autoexec didnt exec. Entered manually, got message Device driver not found 'Banana' no valid CD Rom device driver selected

I apoligize for the delay william12. Insert your bootdisk, go into BIOS, set your computer to first boot from the Floppy drive, then restart. It should try to boot from the Floppy now

Laser 486/3 boots to A: Prog. executed, got message "Device driver not found 'Banana' no valid CDROM device driver selected

William12 Need suggestion, Found no Drivers that would work on Bootdisk. Windows I am trying to reload is Wn95,4.00.950. When I try to boot to windows it says loading incomplete, missing file lfsmgr.VXD or ios.VXD.

You can try this as well..

Download UBCD and make a copy of it on a cdrom.. set computer to boot by cd-rom it will bootup and a bunch of tools will come online.. Scroll to "freeDos Bootdisk" It has all the files you will need to boot 95, it may ask for your floppy so have it ready..
