I'm giving my old computor away ,I want to clean it out,how do you completely dump the trash emails and also the favorites from my Outlook Express ?

The easiest way i find if your going to give the PC away is to perform a complete re install of the Operating System. . That way everything gets wiped.

You can get programs that will erase the drive and write nonsense all over it so that nobody can ever see what was on it.
Because when you format it, all your computer is doing is saying "ignore this, write over it" and special programs can still pull up those files if they have not been rewritten.
