Default [Answered] d:\Setup error message ?!?!?!?!

Hi again, I am trying to reinstall my HP scanner but I am having a problem. It says on the disk to insert it, then click Start then Run. Then it says to type in d:\Setup and click ok but when I do I get a message saying "Cannot find the file d:\Setup(or one of it's components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am not to computer smart so an help needs to be simply put for me , sorry.
when clicking in My Computer and then double clicking on D Drive I get this error message "D:\ is not accesible" "The device is not ready" "Retry or Cancel"

Hi EPackage,

D your CD-ROM drive right? If so, check the CD, make sure it is clean an unscrached. Failing that, let us know the model number of your scanner and we'll find you an alternative install.

There is a downloadable version of the 4200c driver from here: Software & Driver downloads HP Scanjet 4200c Scanner (click on your version of Windows, and then click on the item under the category of "Driver").
