Hi , I was recently getting rid of stuff on my computer that I didn't use and by accident I got rid of my Photowise.exe program. I still have all my pics in it but when I click on them to enlarge them or do anything with them I get this error message; "Windows cannot find PHOTOWSE.EXE", is there something I can do to get this back. I would hate to not be able to do anything with the pics except see them as thumbnails.

You will need to re-associate the images with an appropriate program. Windows 98 had what most people consider to be a superior viewer (it has a fit-to-width option for example). Find it in C:\WINDOWS\KODAKIMG.EXE. To make it your default, find a .tif file in explorer, use shift-right-click and select "open with"; point to the Kodakimg.exe program and tick the option to always use this program.
Hi Hengis, wow is all I can say. I have no idea what your talking about, I don't know much computer wise so thats like a foreign language to me.Is there a simpler way or can you talk me thru it?
Thanx,
Jim
