Can you please list the model name and make of the webcam.
Also what Operating System are you using?

windows 98 and web cam is a micro, was given to me?????. sorry not to smart with pc

looks like the basic web cam. this one has numbers on bottom reads cm10401 then ce4 0716704 then FC made in tawan, lol ty for yr help, cyann

The cm10401 bit has helped me find the driver
I have uploaded it to rapidshare because the original source required registration.
Once downloaded, open the zip, navigate to the 98 folder and open the setup.
If you need help just ask.
Let us know how you go on please
