OK here is my prob.iam booting up with a floppy disk.and itgets to the screen that says
starting windows 98.and then it gives me an ( A:\>.dont know the command.to put in

Hi welcome to the forum it sounds like you using a boot floppy what are you trying to do reload the PC?

ya iam using a boot floppy.trying to load PC. dont know commsnd at the A:> what di i type after tha A:> TO LOAD PC. TKS FRITZ

trying to type after the A:> PATH C:\WIN98 gives me bad command.

Try this type d:\ and press enter then type setup and press enter. You will need the win 98 cd in the cd drive Did that work?

no dident work.i had win 98 installed and i upgraded to win 98SE.WITH AN UPGRADE CD.now it wont let me uninstall win98se from Ade remove program.is there a way to unistall.can i go to regedit and delit it.will that work? iam in Dos mode know.any help will be appreciated.tks fritz
