Hi , I have just noticed in my toolbar at bottom right a blue circle with a yellow X in it, it changes from that to a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it. If clicked on , right click or left, it goes to a page for some software called SpyLocked. Can someone help me get rid of this somehow ?? It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx,
Jim

Hi, I have an icon for Spylocked in my taskbar tray and have no idea how to rid myself of it, any help would be great.
Thanx as always,
Jim

Merged your threads as a double post only seperates answers and annoys people.

To remove Spylocked you boot into Safe mode (restart and hit F8 before the windows start up screen then you need to select 'Safe Mode') then run SmitFraudFix

After you have done this you should do the Prework and post back the resulting logs for the security team to take a look at.

ok I'm really getting confused now, could you rename the file to something like fixit.exe and then try that because it sounds like you're getting the command wrong.
