This computer runs on Windows ME. When it logs on I get an error message for ibm0005 every time. It was never really a problem but now we cant even click the buttons on an internet explorer page such as: file, edit, view, favorites, tools, and help. If i right click internet explorer and go to properties, I get an error message that reads :

An error occurred while Windows was working with the Control PAnel file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\INETCPL.CPL

There are a lot of pop ups too. Any ideas?
