Heres a couple of things to consider. When you downloaded the file from bootdisk.com, did you download the file for creating a floppy, or a bootable cd? Which one are you trying to create? If youre putting it on a floppy, thats pretty straightforward. But if you downloaded the ISO file for creating a bootable cd, you have to burn it as an ISO image. When you put it in the drive and open it, do you see one large file, or multiple files? If its only one large file it wasnt burnt as an iso image, but just copied to the disk. Also , burn at the slowest speed you can to help eliminate write errors. If youre trying to test it and boot it on the library`s computer, they probably dont have the boot order set to cd first, and they may have security enabled to keep you from booting anything.
