I recently had to download an update to adobe flash player and now I have NO SOUND at all. Please help if you can I am not very computer literate, I just use it for e-bay and news.

Hi I am fairly new and have no idea how to check why I have no sound or how to get itr working, any help would be great!!

Just go to add/remove programs and get rid of the the adobe. After that re-install it, and hopefully everything would work good.

Hi epackage

Welcome back to PCHF

Right click on My Computer and click Properties, choose the Hardware tab then Device manager and tell us if you have any yellow questions marks against anything.

I have merged the threads epackage, please don't double post with regard to the same question. Thank you.

I ran sound blaster live and it led me thru step by step to reinstall it.
