Question [Answered] stuck in DOS

I restarted the computer by mistake in DOS. Using the WIN 98 restart in DOS

So I have no understanding of DOS.

I hit control alt delete

so I can not get out of DOS.

I tried opening up in safe mode and that worked so I tried to restart out of safe mode back in DOS

held down Ctrl again selected "normal" it is still in DOS

Try typing fdisk /mbr this should repair your master boot record, you probably will need your 98 disk.

Hi scott,

Welcome to PCHF.
