Angry Many PC Problems

Hi Guys,

I'm back with a few more problems. Let me start by saying I've what I think is an unusual RAM, 191MB to be exact. You're probably gonna tell me that only half of one of my board is reading. I just thought I would ask about this while I'm here.

My next problem is that my pc is not recognizing flash files (.swf). I'm almost sure I went to the macromedia site and downloaded the shockwave and flash software and installed it. I see Macromedia Shock Player in the program files, but not in the open with window.

And my last problem deals with frontpage. I simply does not work. I get the following error when trying to open an html file.

Server Error: cannot open file "C:\My Documents\My Webs\_vti_pvt\service_lck" for writing.

I have an HP Pavilion, running Windows 98SE.

Please Help

Barry

Hi Barry,

That is not unusual with your RAM, what it means is that you have 256MB ram but some of it is being shared with your integrated graphics card which shares the Main RAM.

Have you tried going to Adobe and getting the flash player again?
