Default [Resolved] I'm Back - WINDOWS ME

Normally my laptop doesnt have this problem.. but when I turned it on today, some things would not start when clicked and others froze. I have tried rebooting a few times and I let the laptop sit to see if it would unfreeze. My internet connection is gone too...

After waiting I got a blue screen that says:

WARNING!

The system is either busy or has become unstable. You can wait and see if it becomes available again, or you can restart your computer.
Any ideas would be amazing.

Um... things seem to be working fine again. Haha... and I got my sound back. =] I thought I needed a new soundcard. Guess not. Thanks for the help anyways.
