I have been trying to get into my winodws me which will not let me boot form safe mode or anything....my question is can I go buy a windows xp and just install it over the me program.....thanks for your help

well me has been a real pain...it froze up on me after I downloaded a game and when I went to reboot it get to the windows me window and freezes there... I have tried some suggestions I got on here..but no luck...but as my name implies...lol
