Windows 95, 98 & ME - [Resolved] missing a file... posted in the Operating Systems forums; cant reformat n redo program because exe file is missing...how can i fix that to reprogram? last person that owned this pc ran fdisk in dos mode !...

Hello togood2b2ru,

If fdisk was the last program that was used, then this probably means that the partition has been wiped. You will need a windows installation cd?

tried to use the cd install...says file exe. missing n wont download!!

no orginal but burn cd works, used it on another pc before
