Reboot your pc and tap delete, that will get you into the bios. You can change the bootorder in there, best is to set it up as:

A: floppie
B: cd/dvd
C: harddisk

I tried the "f1" key, also tried the "escape" key....computer still doesn't go into the BIOS. The only thing I notice when rebooting & tapping any of those keys is a message at the very start that says:"keyboard error"

Thank you all for your suggestions...if anyone has anything else to try...i certainly would appreciate it.

Yes..my keyboard appears to be working as I can use "Ctrl" "Alt" "Delete" to bring up 'Close Program' screen & reboot or shut down...I have also typed in the network password screen to see if keyboard was working & typed without a problem.

Some machines with Phoenix bios use f2 key to enter setup, try that. Sometimes theyre finicky about when you press it, keep tapping on it till it beeps at you, it will usually go.
