HI there, I hava a problem that reading chinese character on Wnidows 98 without any plugin software.I have read about MSLU but still no idea to implement it. So any one of you here know how to enable Windows 98 support to read chinese without install the chinese software? Possible to just add a language at control panel. If yes, how and what file require? (pls provide url to download the file as well).

First, I have to apologise for the lack in reply on your post.

Secondly, sadly I have no idea on this problem, but because I posted in this thread, it will come back between the recent post.

Hopefully someone will know what to do with this now.
