Default [Resolved] Missing .dll's and vxd's

Didn't want to post again in a changed topic, plus the problem has changed entirely. Having fixed the CD drive problem, i installed all of the drivers i have found, which has left me with two distinct problems.

PCI Multimedia Audio Device - No driver
PCI Communication Device - No Driver

MPU - 401 Compatible. - driver error

Problem 1.

After installing all of the drivers, for the integrated Lan Adapter, several problems have risen.

While installing the Lan Adapter, it attempted to install other files, however when it asked to insert the win98 disk, the disk didn't have the files the program wanted.

Now, upon startup, i get three missing .VXD files

vnetsup.vxd
vredir.vxd
dfs.vxd

and a messagebox error also appears notifying me that the following file is missing:

msnp32.dll

I encountered these before, however i had a friend fix the problem, since im no longer in contact with my friend i cant ask for his advice.

System background again:
MX3S motherboard - up-to-date BIOS
Intel PRO/100 VM Desktop Adapter (Integrated Lan Adapter)

Problem 2.

I downloaded a fix for win98 MPU-401 Controller problem, the driver fixed half of the problem, it is no longer listed as a yellow question mark, it now has it's own media icon, listed in it's own device area, however a small ! is in it's place.

Like the Network Adapter problem, the installation asked for the win98 disk, upon entering it to the cd drive, it couldn't find the files and left several problems.

The computer notifies me that several files are missing:

msmpu401.drv
msmpu401.vxd

Hardware Background:

Intel 82801BA(M) ICH2 - AC'97 Audio Controller [B-1] (Integrated Sound Adapter)

In Addition to the error, if you have a clue as to where i can find the drivers to the two PCI problems, i'd be very greatfull.
