Unhappy [Fixed] I Really Screwed Up!

Hi I am new here and I really need some help. A while back i uninstalled aol 9.0 on my computer and i went through my registry and go rid of some things that i didnt think i needed. Well I installed a second harddrive with 300gb of space and tried to reinstall aol 9.0 but was told that i didnt have enough free space. So I installed a second memory and now I have 126mb of ram. I still cannot install aol 9.0. I am running aol 4.0 now. I cannot open any web pages I get error messages. I have no clue what to do at this point. I cannot find any dll files. So i reinstalled win98 s/e still cannot open any webpages now i get a error message that says cannot open http sites. Any suggestions of what I can do to fix what I screwed up. Please if possible help!!!!!!! thank you for your time. If you need any additional information please let me know. oh my internet explorer doesnt seem to be functioning properly either i cant even get to windows update.

Hi there TKIRBYAUTO, welcome to PCHF.

Adding more ram has nothing to do with not having enough free space to install programs, but adding more ram is always a good idea.

You say you added a second HD, but how much free space do you still have on the old drive where windows is installed on?

If you rightclick on the C: drive in "my computer" and select properties, what does it say after "used space" and after "free space"?
