Okay I have this Gateway with ME on it so I wiped the HD and put 98SE on it and the keyboard and mouse I use still work. This model Gateway has no ps/2 ports just usb hrm.

I'm assuming you mean "and the keyboard and mouse i use don't work" ??
Otherwise i don't see the need for drivers if they work.

What model Gateway is it?
