Default [Resolved] Problem with Icon

When I click on the shortcut icon for my pci adapter configuration program, nothing happens. When I click on the icon for the actual program (.exe), nothing comes up, but the program shows up on the task manager. This has never happened before. How can I get the program to show up?

I really don't want to reinstall the software because I don't remember what the original configurations are, but I still will if that is the only answer to the problem.

The computer I am talking about is a Windows ME.

Thanks for your help,
Ihatemycomputer

Hey IHMC,

Welcome back. What is the program? What happens when you close out the program in the task manager? Have you checked for malware? Are any yellow exclamation points showing up in your Device Manager?

Looking forward to your reply,
