Welcome to the forums!

I'm a little unsure exactly what you mean. Are you wanting to make a disk (CD) that works as a hard drive? Or a hard drive that will just boot up? I'm totally lost already!

Scouse, thanks for replying to my post. In simplest terms, I want a hard drive to boot up just like a windows 98 boot disk (3.5 floppy). Hope that clarifys things. Or in other words how do I copy the contents of a windows 98 boot disk (3.5 floppy) onto a hard drive.
