hello......good evening..........to all......my name is pavan. and iam here to discuss about some problem with my system.


i am using win98 package....and my pc is very ol 1, as i installed win98.......it work's nice for an hour nad ..........it stop's responding in booting......as i installed it again......it is showing the same problem,........like..........."sys.ini"......miss ing....install ya reinstall.............so... like that ..........."autoexe.dat"..............these are the problem's i am getting.......and plz if u any1 know'a pla give me suggestion's.........................

hi pavanscorpio, welcome to pchf, sorry for the delay in answering, when you say it only works for an hour do you mean it turns off after an hour or does it display an error, also while its on for the hour try doing windows updates, this usually helps those out of date win98 disks. also do u mean it stops responding while insatlling or is it after install?? plz give me more info as it is asier to help you. thx
