Default [Resolved] I/O subsystem driver failed to load

I have read the "While initializing device IOS, an I/O subsystem driver failed to load" error message when you start your Windows 98-based computer file, but when I try it on my compaq armada 1592 with Windows 95 I have a masage:
C:\Windows\system\ren iosubsys iosubold
File not found - iosubsys

What do I do now?
I am trying to load Windows 98.
Please Help!!

Well I have check that link and did every thing that say. Efter runing the reinstollation/repair program, well I had never finish it a have error masagge:
setup encoutered a problem analyzing your computer.
Could not open.INF file. The lile may be missing.
Setup cannot continue and will now close.
Setup code SU0507

Are you wiping and reformatting your PC or just trying to upgrade to 98?

Thank you for the respans.
Well I am trying anything. Whatever will work
The old os is windows 95 but i would like to upgrade to 98 if I can.
