Would you be able to try and boot your computer into safemode and then run scanreg.exe

To get into safemode you need to constantly tap the F8 key when you first turn your machine on, you should get a boot menu, just select safemode.

Next once in windows (if it gets that far) click on Start - Run and type in scanreg /c: and press enter.

This should check your registry for problems and hopefully correct them.

If you can't get into safemode then I recommend reinstalling Windows ME, if you don't have any information that you want to keep on the drive then you could format and install Windows ME.

If you need help with installing ME let us know.

Ok, are you tring to delete all on your drive and re-install ME? This disk should get you started if you are: http://www.rjmf.net/rjmf-downloads/bootme.exe? then check out this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q255867/

ps - ME doesn't work with NTFS
