    Hi Doznajka, Welcome to PCHF!

Lets make sure that you have no 3rd party background programs that are interfering with your system by performing a clean boot in Windows 7. Follow the instructions from here, How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista.

So i think my Windows 7 is registred whit keygen , so what is the problem ?
If you click Start< Right click on Computer and click Properties, under Windows activation what does your activation status show? Are you using a legal copy of Windows 7?

Also please enter your System Details. It helps us in answering your questions, thanks.

Even though other computers may not have this problem we do not provide support to members who are running illegal copies of Windows on their machines. My advice to you is to buy and activate a legal copy of Windows 7, then see if your problem is resolved.
