Hi Matt. It's not a huge suggestion but at the bottom where it shows the grey bar and has the date and also says something like "1011 requests since Thursday 10 April, 2008", the text seems a bit light. It blends with the grey background and it makes it hard to see.
Maybe you could slightly change the colour and make it darker.

Between the stages 1-5 you could add a space to seperate them making it look neater and not as hard on the eyes. You could perhaps style it like this page which looks great

You could also try to add Great British Pound as a currency
The flash video you have on the mp3/mp4 players looks good.

now that you mention that it is a little big thanks for the input I will be changing that now you mentioned it 
. I really want to get this build right I have put alot of hours into this one and a very big learning curve for me as I'm familiar with html this new site uses much more than that.
