Default multi function web building prog
does anyone know of a good adaptable web building program?

i need to be able to constantly update and add extra pages, allow user reviews and comments, possibly member accounts with additions like personal calendar/planner. Possibly later down the line add a shop and a forum

any ideas?

I've used dreamweaver for a while. i really like it. maybe give that a try.
