Exclamation Uploading via http???

hello there.

first of all im a noob and this is my 1st website project

ive signed up for free domain and hosting so they dont support ftp or frontpage extensions, so can ne1 tell me how to upload my site via http or any other easy method.

ivemade my site in frontpage, so i cant use frontpage extensions, help plz

Normally on the site cpanel you should be able to upload via forms.

Normally on your site control panel at your host's website you will be able to upload via forms (browse button) like the ones here when you click manage attachments in advanced post mode
