Exclamation web upload help

ok then hello there,

i have finally made a small website using frontpage,
here is wat i did i downloaded some templates, edited them in frontpage and now i have a nice looking site,

now the problem is uploading, i have got 50mb of space free(add-supported) on Free Web Hosting Services -- 50megs.com now the problem is that they do not support frontpage extensions, and no ftp uploading on free option, so is there any way i can upload my site, they have the http option available, and how do i upload via that way,

also can any1 plz explai google adsense to me, do they give this option to every1, popular sites or thos sites that r premium and are not a subdomain, like my address is wallpapers.i8.com, (its not up yet) so can i get google adsense.

and is there any other site that provides free, good and reliable webhosting?

thanks in advance

I use a service that is not free but well worth it's money... gate.com You can register a domain for about 7$ a year and it's only about 9-10$ a month for hosting.

Your issue though: the free server... they should have a utility, if it's Http upload, to help you upload either your web content or your complete pages or folders... it looks as though there is a site builder, site copier, and file manager... I'd contact them to find out how and where to use them.
