Unhappy Is it easy to change host

I have only been with Easily for about 1 month and already they are difficult: re post below this.

The web server is unreliable
email crashes about 3 times a week
they dont reply to emails within 3-4 days
they put you on hold for over half a hour to speak to someone on a premium rate number.
Web stats often down

does anyone know how, where and if its easy to move over to someone else?

thanks....

Moving hosts is a relatively easy process, although it does depend on the type and extent of your current hosting package. What type of hosting do you have at the moment? Shared, Virtual, Dedicated??

I think its virtual. paid a one off fee for the year.
They just got back to me about my problems uploading a file and said he server was fine and it must be problem my end, but evertime i upload a file it just corrupts it. Real bad as I need to upload just one important page. I even used an online web based fpt but it would not upload it either!!!

you can easily shift servers with the same domain name too....just close your thing here...and backup your server to your pc...shift to a better server upload your backed up files there....and opt for the same domain name....i dont know if i am right...i am speaking which sounds logically right
