im building a flash front page for one of my sites, i used a trial of swftext which i quite liked, but being a trial it leaves demo inprint across the screen. Does anyone know of a free swf program similar to sfwtext that i can download?

thanks for that much appreciated!

ive managed to build a page but the dimensions dont seem to add up over different browsers, eg in firefox the page sits perfectly, but in IE i get side scrolling bars as no matter how i readjust the page i cant get the size to fit.

what can you suggest in terms of dimension sizes?

Some would have you believe that there are millions of ppl out there still using 800x600. Personally, I think that, with monitors and resolutions constantly increasing, you're probably better off with 1024x768.

The default is now moving to 1280x1024 with more people getting 19" LCD's

But Currently the default is 1024x768.
It's been that way for the last 4 years..if not more.
