Open a command prompt by doing this:

Start > run > cmd (press return)
In the new "Dos" window type in ipconfig /flushdns and press return. Please note that there is a space between ipconfig and the "/".

Back in the command prompt window - type: ping ebookgeneration.co.uk and press return. Do you receive replies?

Ok, now open up your IE browser and go to Tools > Internet Options > connections tab > Lan Settings button. Do you have any proxy information in there?

do you mean where it says dial up and virtual private network setting?
