My site (www.spaceplace.tk) collects personally identifiable information (e-mail address). Can parents just send me an e-mail giving their child permission to join and I can print it out and then it would be considered written consent, or does it actually have to be mailed to me? Right now I have the whole COPPA thing removed, if I leave it off what are the chances that I will have an FCC agent pounding on my door?

Trust me the FCC aint looking for you unless you have some mp3's or other stuff on yuor site. As long as the parents email you and you save it as a document youll be fine
